AVD (Aqueous Vermiculite Dispersion) extinguishing agent is specifically designed for controlling and extinguishing Lithium battery fires. AVD immediately provides efficient cooling and immediately creates a thermal blockade that prevents reignition of the Lithium battery and the spread of fire to other cells. The Lith-Ex AVD 9 liter extinguisher has Rijkstypekeur for fire class A (solids).
